Wild Woman Wild Ways — Spring Gathering
Saturday 29th March 2026
10.30am – 2.30pm
Location: To be confirmed
A seasonal workshop for women who feel the call of their instinct, their intuition, and the land
Wild Woman Wild Ways is a spring workshop devoted to emergence — the moment in the year when the earth begins to rise again, pushing new shoots through cold soil and reminding us of our own capacity to begin anew.
This gathering brings together herbal medicine, foraging, seasonal wisdom and deep connection to the natural world. It is a gentle but powerful day designed for women who want to reconnect with their intuition, soften the noise of everyday life, and remember who they are beneath the layers.
What to expect
Over the course of the day we will explore:
Foraging & Plant Connection
A slow, sensory walk where we meet the early spring plants — Urtica dioica (nettle), Taraxacum officinale (dandelion leaf), Alliaria petiolata (garlic mustard), and other tender greens that mark the return of vitality.
You’ll learn how these plants support the body in spring, from gentle detoxification to digestive awakening.
Herbal Medicine-Making
We will craft a seasonal herbal preparation to take home. This may include:
a fresh-plant infusion
a spring tonic
a wild vinegar
or a simple remedy aligned with spring energetics
All ingredients and materials are provided.
Wild Woman Ritual & Nature Connection
A guided moment of stillness and instinct — returning to your inner compass, drawing strength from the land, and reconnecting with your own wildness in a grounded, herbal way.
This is not generic empowerment; it is rooted, simple, and embodied.
A remembering.
Seasonal Wisdom
We explore the themes of spring: emergence, curiosity, new energy, boundaries, and the slow unfurling that mirrors both the plants and the women walking the path of reclamation.
