Iridology Readings - £195
A detailed exploration of your individual constitution, patterns and health history through iridology.
Your reading includes a comprehensive, individually written report bringing together the observations from your consultation, constitutional insights and practical recommendations.
The report is a substantial part of the reading — a personalised resource you can keep, revisit and refer back to as your understanding of your own health develops.
Ideal if you want to understand yourself and your constitution more deeply without beginning a full Herbal Medicine programme.

Single Herbal Consultations - £450
Herbal Medicine Consultation — £450
A comprehensive Herbal Medicine consultation for complex, recurring or long-standing health concerns.
We look beyond your current symptoms to build a detailed picture of your health over time — what changed first, what followed, what keeps returning, and what may have become part of your normal without you realising it.
I bring together your health history, current symptoms, constitution and terrain, alongside any relevant diagnoses, investigations or medication, to decide what needs attention first.
Following your consultation, I create a personalised herbal formula in my apothecary, selected specifically for you and your individual health picture.
Your bespoke herbal formula is included in the fee. There is no additional charge for your herbs.
This is a good place to begin if you want more than an assessment and are ready to actively work with Herbal Medicine.

The Deep Reset – 6-Month Herbal Programme - £325 per appt.
The Deep Reset — Six Months · £1,300
For complex, long-standing or recurring health concerns, a single consultation can only show us part of the picture.
The Deep Reset gives us six months to work together.
We begin by building a detailed picture of your health — what changed first, what followed, what keeps returning, and where your priorities lie now.
But the real value comes in what happens next.
Over the following months, we can observe how your body responds, recognise changes that might otherwise be missed, adjust your herbal formula as your needs change, and decide together what needs attention next.
This continuity is often where my work becomes most valuable. Rather than trying to address everything at once, we have the time to work with your health as it changes.
The programme includes four consultations across six months, with personalised herbal formulas made in my apothecary and adjusted as needed throughout your programme.
All of your prescribed herbs are included in the fee. There are no additional charges for your formulas.
The Deep Reset is best suited to people who know they want sustained Herbal Medicine support rather than a single consultation.

Wild Medicine Making (Seasonal Workshops) - £65 per session
Hands-on, heart-centred workshops for those who want to learn herbal medicine in connection with the land.
Roots, resins, shoots, blossoms, barks, and berries — each season teaches its own medicine.Workshops take place in forests, meadows, and wild edges, offering a grounded, sensory way to learn about plant allies and herbal preparations.
What to Expect
My work combines herbal medicine, iridology, emotional patterning, and nature-based restoration. You’ll receive guidance that is simple, grounded, and achievable — alongside remedies made with care and precision.
All herbal formulas are mixed by hand in my apothecary, using herbs chosen to match your constitution, tissue state, and emotional terrain.
