Oxford Herbal is the herbal medicine and iridology practice of Sarah Turton, Master Herbalist, Iridologist, and creator of The Turton Method™.
We provide herbal consultations, iridology readings, wellness programmes and educational content designed to support your health and wellbeing.

2. Use of This Website
This website provides information for general wellness and educational purposes only.
By using the website, you agree that you will:

4. Scope of Services
Oxford Herbal provides herbal medicine, iridology assessments, lifestyle guidance and nature-based wellness support.
We do not:
Diagnose medical conditions
Prescribe medication
Replace the advice of a GP or medical specialist
Offer emergency healthcare
All clients are encouraged to maintain regular medical care and seek medical attention where appropriate.
5. Client Responsibilities
By booking a consultation or programme, you agree to:
Provide accurate and honest information about your health
Disclose medications and relevant medical history
Seek medical advice for urgent or concerning symptoms
Understand that individual results vary
Follow recommended herbal guidance responsibly
We reserve the right to discontinue services if information is withheld or if expectations fall outside the scope of holistic practice.
6. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Consultations
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
The Deep Reset Programme (£1,200)
Payment is made in four instalments:
£450 at booking
£300 before the second session
£300 before the third session
£150 before the final review session
Herbal prescriptions and tinctures are prepared and released only once the corresponding instalment has been received.
Late or missed payments may delay your programme timeline.
Cancellations
More than 48 hours’ notice: sessions may be rescheduled.
Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance: the session is chargeable.
Programme instalments are non-refundable once a session, assessment, or formulation has been delivered.
Workshops or events
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior notice.
7. Herbal Formulations & Safety
All formulas are prepared with care and tailored to your needs. You acknowledge that:
Herbs may interact with medication
You must disclose all medications and supplements
You are responsible for taking herbs as advised
You will stop taking herbs and contact Sarah if you experience unexpected reactions
Herbs will not be issued if essential safety information is incomplete.
8. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Your personal data is handled with care and stored securely.

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with UK GDPR and professional standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
Oxford Herbal offers holistic wellness guidance.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided
You accept responsibility for decisions made following consultations
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot legally be excluded.
