Talks & Speaking
I give engaging, accessible talks on Herbal Medicine, iridology, the language of the body and our relationship with the natural world.
My talks combine traditional herbal knowledge with observations drawn from clinical practice, giving audiences practical ideas they can take away and use in their own lives.
I speak to WI groups, community organisations, educational groups, retreats and wellbeing events, and each talk can be adapted to suit the audience.

Herbs for Sleep, Mood & Vitality
A practical introduction to some of our most useful medicinal plants for everyday wellbeing, including herbs that can be grown in the garden or found in the British hedgerow.
