Sussex Herbal is the sister branch of Oxford Herbal, offering herbal medicine, iridology, and wellness rooted in the landscapes and communities of Sussex.
Here, nature is not just the backdrop but the medicine itself — from meadow plants and hedgerow herbs to the quiet woods and coastal air.

Why Sussex Herbal?

Sussex Herbal grew naturally from community. For many years I have been part of the Sacred Earth community in Horam (www.sacredearthland.co.uk), where people gather to learn ancestral skills, live closer to nature, and reconnect with the land. This experience has shaped my work as a Herbalist and inspired me to root part of my practice in Sussex.

Alongside this, I have been running workshops and medicine-making events with Dark Skies Retreats (www.DSR.co.uk), guiding people through meadow plant identification walks, hands-on medicine making (from bug-bite balms to simple single-plant elixirs), and iridology taster sessions. These retreats showed me how powerful it is to combine community, nature, and plant medicine — and Sussex Herbal is a natural continuation of that work.

How to Book

Consultations in Sussex are available by appointment only. Because I divide my time between Oxford and Sussex, I currently open just a limited number of appointments each month. These often fill quickly, so I encourage you to book in advance or join the waiting list if no times are available.
